What we do

SitePrep offers high quality finishes that can't be achieved with most conventional methods. Our specialised machinery includes:
Laser Grader
Manufactured by Laser-Grader Mfg. It is designed to provide the power of a full-size grader with the manoeuvrability and the clearance that a smaller grader might provide.
The laser-grader measures 3.5m long, 1.2m wide and 2.2m high, and comes with a 1.8m (6 ft) moldboard and 1.5m (5ft) front pusher blade. It fits through a 1.5m doorway and can fine-grade a gravel sub-grade at 25,000 sq. ft. (7,620 sq. m) a day. In open areas, the laser-grader can grade more than 50,000 sq. ft. (15,240 sq. m) in a day.
Its hydrostatic transmission and six-wheel drive system combine for higher pushing power at slower travel speeds, making the laser-grader suited for close grading above columns, footings and utility roughs.
The laser-grader uses automated laser level technology and comes equipped with proportional valves. It provides an electronic signal, which is picked up by a target sensor(s) mounted on the grader's moldboard. A remote display is set above the grader's hydraulic controls and wired to the target sensor(s). This display determines whether the blade is too high, too low, or on target for the predetermined grade. Laser Grader also uses Sonic Tracing to follow a string line, curb or existing grade.
Harley Rake
The Harley Rake is an attachment for a skidsteer. Having this attachment enables us to do a multitude of tasks that not only make the jobsite more suitable for grading preparation, but also gives us the edge when it comes to clearing building sites of rubble, rocks and debris, remove grass from established areas, spread mulch, grade and rejuvenate gravel roads, create fire breaks, level house blocks, spread and incorporate amendments and maintain freeway batters among many other things. The list of applications is endless.
